Milli cimnastikçi Ferhat Arıcan, Avrupa ikincisi oldu – Diğer Sporlar

In Zagreb, at the 2023 European Championships, Turkey was represented on the parallel bars by Ferhat Arıcan and Altan Doğan. Eight athletes advanced to the final. Arıcan scored 14,300 points, finishing second and bringing a silver medal to Turkey. The host country Hırvatistan’s Illia Kovtun captured gold with 14,700 points, while Great Britain’s Joe Fraser took bronze with 14,300 points.

Altan Doğan, making his first appearance in a final, earned 14,100 points and finished fifth in Europe. Ferhat Arıcan, the only Turkish gymnast to have won an Olympic medal, has accumulated nine medals at European Championships, including two gold, three bronze and his fourth silver. He previously won silver in the 2023 championships held in Antalya and repeated the achievement three years later.
